Hello Homeowners, This is a reminder notice of the Annual HOA Meeting on November 10th, 2018 at 11:00am as scheduled at the 2017 HOA meeting. This meeting is open to all Homeowners and everyone is invited to attend - Lunch will follow. This meeting will be preceded by the regular scheduled Board meeting at 9:00am which everyone may also attend. Please email or call us if you have any questions regarding these meetings. The next regular scheduled meeting is on January 19, 2019 (via teleconference only).
Two Board positions are up for election at the HOA meeting. Both current Board members are seeking re-election. Information on all candidates will be available on our web site. If anyone is interested in running for these positions please email us a letter stating your interest and include a brief bio on your background and the website will be updated with your information.
All documents, including agenda, proxies and ballots, will be available on our website: www.silverado2.com. You may also request a copy of these documents be sent you if you are unable to download from our website. All proxies and ballots must be returned to the office by the close of business on November 9th2018 to be valid. Please let us know if you are planning on attending the HOA meeting via email or phone call so we are certain to provide enough food and drinks for everyone to have an enjoyable lunch.
