The progress of the remodel project is on track according to the project manager, John Buchanan. The stamped concrete turned out great. It is now covered for the completion of plaster preparations above the pool around the skylight. The addition of the sheet rock around the skylight has already lighten up the area. Hank Heuerman, board member overseeing project, has commented that it looks great even with just sheet rock. Tone up those bodies for your swimsuit. The pool will be open for Thanksgiving. The cultured stone will be delivered tomorrow. Preparation of the surfaces will begin today. The plasterers have removed the glaze from the surfaces to be plastered and are ready to begin. The drywall preparations with taping and mud began yesterday and will be complete tomorrow. The new roof is in final stages of completion with the tapering to the drain system. Concrete is being poured today for the front entrance just before the cold fronts move in. The steel posts have been secured with 4 inch imbedded bolts. Get your skis ready the hot tubs will be ready for relaxing after a few turns starting Thanksgiving.
