CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORT

The remodeling project has evolved from plans on a piece of paper to actual demolition and construction. With input from the board, the contractor, Larson & McKnight, and engineering assistance, the pool area has been engineered for a long-term permanent fix. Rather than overlay for a temporary solution, funds have been shifted by deleting rock work in the outside front entrance, the bathrooms will not be remodeled and the skylights in the office and workout room are eliminated.

As originally planned, demolition has been completed on the majority of items for the pool area and entrance. Some items are planned from completion in the summer of 2004 as the paving of the entrance.

As a reminder the pool and hot tubs will be down till Thanksgiving. The bar is closed. The front desk has been relocated. Please follow the signs.
